Mile Madness Endurance Run
Mile Madness takes place September 18–21, 2026 in Auburn, California at the Regional Park on Richardson Drive. The event uses a looped course of approximately one mile, mainly on a paved bike path, with a pond and shaded sections noted on the route.
The course has two aid stations: a central aid station and a second station at the half mile point. On-course support includes stocked aid station food and meals, food trucks, music, lighting, decorations, on-site massage services, and restrooms. Event staff operate a family cheer zone called the Ultra Lounge with seating, activities, and basic amenities. A bib raffle takes place during the event with prizes for registered runners.

- 72 Hour Team Relay : 200 Miles
- 48 Hour Run : 100 Miles
- 48 Hour Team Relay : 100 Miles
- 100 Mile Race : 100 Miles
- 24 Hour Run : 50 Miles
- 12 Hour Run : 50 Miles
- 6 Hour Glow Run : 50K
Awards and equipment details: timed events determine podium places by most laps covered, except the 100 Mile Race where podiums are set by fastest 100 mile times. Special buckles are offered for finishers at 100, 150, and 200 miles. Relay teams may consist of multiple runners who share a single team bib; relay participants are generally ineligible for the 100 mile buckle.
