Middlewich 5k and Fun Run
The Middlewich 5k and Family Fun Run takes place on 10 May 2026 in Middlewich. The official 5k is sold out; limited places remain for the Family Fun Run.
The 5 km route is mostly off road and follows canals and local trails. The course is officially measured and chip timed. Although mainly flat, the route includes the Middlewich 3 Lock Challenge.
The race starts at The Big Lock Pub and finishes at Middlewich Cricket Club. Registration and refreshments are available at Middlewich Cricket Club, with additional refreshments at The Big Lock.

All finishers receive a medal and a goodie bag. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers, and to age group winners in V40, V50, and V60 categories.
Entries close 08 May 2026. Transfers are allowed until at least one week before the event. No refunds are given and the organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications or alter the date, course route, or distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
