MDOC: Night Street League Series14 - Event 6

This is a night street score event held on Tuesday 27th January at The Railway Inn, 223 Stockport Road, Rose Hill, Marple, Stockport, SK6 6EN.

Runners choose one of timed score courses and may request a dibber to guarantee a map on the night. The course options are:

  • 75 minute score course
  • 60 minute score course
  • 40 minute score course

The event uses the MapRun system. Competitors may use the MapRun app on a smartphone or the MapRunG app on a watch; the watch option also requires the MapRun app on a phone. A traditional paper based backup map is provided for those who prefer it or if technology fails. Event staff will offer help on site for app or equipment questions.

Entries are processed some time after midnight two days before the event. Entries after that time are accepted but are not guaranteed a map because spare maps are limited. Withdrawals up to midnight two days before the event receive automatic credit for a future MDOC event.

Entry fees are £6 for seniors and £3 for juniors or students, with a £1 discount for MDOC members. Both people running as a pair receive a map and must each pay. Juniors are defined as under 21 on 31 Dec. Final details and safety information are sent to entered participants before the event and results are posted on the club website after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
