Course and race details

The Half Marathon is a trail loop that follows parts of the Flume Trail and passes through Massey's Meadows with fall foliage views. The half marathon has an elevation gain of 1,533 ft and an equal elevation loss. Aid stations for the half marathon are located at miles 1.75, 4.3, 6.9, 8.3, 10.3, and 12.1, with the finish at 13.3 miles.

The 10K course has an elevation gain of 839 ft and an equal elevation loss. Aid stations for the 10K are at miles 1.75, 3.15, and 5.2, with the finish at 6.2 miles.

Several aid and water stations are provided along both courses. The event is described as a short drive from Vernal. When a course record is broken, the runner who sets the new record receives a cash prize; new course record prizes are $100 and are awarded for both male and female records.
