Event information

Trail Revolution Margam Trail Races take place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at Margam Country Park and Forest. The course runs on forest paths and woodland trails and is fully marked with running arrows and flags. Provisional routes and GPS files are provided for each distance.

Logistics and race services

Car parking is at the East Gate of Margam Park and is included in the entry fee. The event provides electronic timing, checkpoints, finishers medals, free race photographs to download, event safety team and emergency first aid cover, and land permits for the marked routes. Waterpoints/checkpoints are provided as follows: 1/2 marathon - 3, 10k - 2, 5k - 1.

Safety and kit

Mandatory safety kit includes a bottle or plastic cup for checkpoints, a phone with the race HQ number, a waterproof top, suitable headwear, and a warm long sleeve base layer (which may be compulsory in bad weather). Recommended items include energy gels or bars, electrolyte tabs, and running leggings.

Entry fees and extras
