About the Event

This is a 45-mile trail ultramarathon held within Letchworth State Park, known for its famous gorge. The course uses trails on both sides of the gorge.

The route is entirely on trails. Runners will travel on single-track paths, fields, footbridges, and bridle paths. The course offers scenic views and steep climbs.

The event emphasizes self-sufficiency for runners. There are five fully stocked aid stations and one water stop along the 45-mile course. Distances between some aid stations can be up to 8-9 miles in remote trail sections.

The event offers two participation formats: a 45-mile solo run and a relay option. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
