Course and support

The course runs on both sides of the park gorge and is entirely on trail, including single track, fields, footbridges, and bridle paths. The route contains sustained climbs. There are five fully stocked aid stations and one additional water stop on the course. Runners should expect remote sections where the distance between support points can be as long as 8 to 9 miles.
