Phoenix Running Manchester is holding the "Friday Frenzy" timed running event on Friday 13 February 2026 at Hardy Farm, Brookburn Road, Manchester, M21 8FE. Course and logistics

The surface is off-road trail on a riverside towpath. The overall course is flat with no elevation gain or loss. Bibs and registration are handled on the day and a rock-up-and-run option is offered. Finishers receive a commemorative finishers' medal.
