Summer Camp Series - Mainly Marathons

Summer Camp runs July 18 to July 22, 2026 as a five day series of loop races at regional parks in central Minnesota. Each day is held at a different park: Day 1 at Bend in the River Regional Park in Rice, Day 2 at Sauk Rapids Municipal Park in Sauk Rapids, Day 3 at River Bluffs Regional Park in St. Cloud, and Days 4 and 5 at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in Waite Park.

Courses vary by surface and features. Bend in the River uses crushed rock with moderate shade and an estimated 15 feet elevation gain per lap with about 14 laps for a marathon. Sauk Rapids is a smooth asphalt path with moderate shade, an estimated 20 feet elevation gain per lap and about 16 marathon laps. River Bluffs is smooth asphalt with intermittent shade and an estimated 14 laps for a marathon. Quarry Park trails are crushed rock and packed dirt with small hills, shade, and a floating wood bridge on Day 5; Day 5 lists about 48 feet elevation gain per lap and 14 tentative marathon laps.

There is no time limit and walkers are welcome. Pets are not allowed; single strollers are allowed though some courses may not suit stroller use. A large shared aid station will be available with a range of food and drink options and a mobile kitchen. Entry fees vary by registration date and race type and entry fees are non refundable and not transferable. Day of registration is available with multiple payment methods.
