ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run 2026
The ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in Waite Park, MN. The event takes place on the park's shaded trail network and includes multiple short-distance options for participants and families.

- 5K trail run
- 2-mile walk
- 1K "Little Rockers" fun run for ages 12 and under
The Little Rockers 1K is for children 12 and under, runs in waves from oldest to youngest, and allows family members to run with the kids. Each child receives a race shirt, bib, and medal. Post-run refreshments at the finish are provided by Bernick’s, and a beachside celebration is planned at Swimming Quarry #11 with beverages from Bernick’s.
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Thursday, September 17 at the St. Cloud Area Family Youth Studio from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The shirt deadline is September 1; registrants who meet that deadline receive a free shirt. Listed registration fees are $5.50 per event (shown as $5.00 plus processing).
This race is the third event in the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series. The series is supported by sponsors including SCHEELS and Bernick’s and aims to reduce cost barriers for community fitness events.
