ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run 2026

The ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run takes place at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in Waite Park, Minnesota, on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The route runs through shaded, scenic trail paths within the preserve. A beachside celebration will follow at Swimming Quarry #11 with refreshments from Bernick’s.

Little Rockers 1K for ages 12 and under

The Little Rockers 1K is organized in waves from oldest to youngest and allows family members to run with children. Each child in the Little Rockers 1K receives a race shirt, bib, and medal, and post-run refreshments are provided at the finish.

Packet pick-up is scheduled in the days before the event at the St. Cloud Area Family Youth Studio. Participants who register by September 1 will receive a free shirt. The Rock Your Sole Trail Run is the third race in the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series, supported by sponsors including SCHEELS to help reduce cost barriers and promote community fitness opportunities.
