MacTuffX Bristol, Stoke Gifford, 20 June 2026

MacTuffX Bristol is a functional fitness race event held in Stoke Gifford as part of the MacTuffX UK series. The format pairs repeated runs with a set of ten Xercises; competitors complete the sequence of runs and Xercises according to their chosen entry type.

Available race formats include:

  • Solo X: 10 x 400 m runs
  • Solo 2X: 10 x 800 m runs
  • Doubles X: 10 x 400 m runs as a two person team
  • Doubles 2X: 10 x 800 m runs as a two person team
  • Relay X: 10 x 400 m runs as a five person team
  • Relay XX: 10 x 800 m runs as a five person team

All entrants must be aged 18 and above on the day of the event. Listed entry prices for this date are: Solo X £70, Solo 2X £85, Doubles X £125 per team, Doubles 2X £145 per team, Relay X £150 per team, Relay XX £170 per team.

The event uses ten predefined Xercises with specified repetitions and weight standards. Examples from the Xercises include Alternating Snatch (80 reps), Kettlebell Deadlift (80 reps), Zercher Carry (250 m) and Slamball Situps (30 reps), each with separate men and ladies weight assignments. A LITE division with lower weights runs alongside standard divisions. A central leaderboard will record results broken down by race, division, Xercise, gender and age group.
