  • Elite Wave Obstacle Course 5K: For participants aged 16 and older. This wave features 45 obstacles (9 per loop). Two specific obstacles in this wave close 40 minutes after the event start.
  • Family Wave Obstacle Course 5K: Open to ages 5 and older, this wave features a 7-obstacle course.
  • 5K Fun Run/Walk: A 5K event with no obstacles.
  • Senior Saunter: A walking event described as 100% flat with no obstacles.
  • Youth Dash: For ages 1 to 8, this is one lap around a 1K loop featuring 7 obstacles; adult supervision is required.

Course and Amenities

The core course is a 1K loop around Walt Hundley Playfield, completed multiple times for the 5K distance. All finishers receive a technical shirt and a finisher medal. Showers will be available on-site. An after-party with live music and a beer/cider garden is planned.

Registration and Community Support

Team discounts are available for groups of four or more. Fundraising opportunities exist, where raising $100 or more can result in a free entry. The event supports the social outreach programs of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, which assists with food, rent, and re-entry programs. A virtual participation option is also available.
