All distances use a single loop. Trails are marked with trail tape and occasional signs. Aid and support differ by distance: the 33.3 miler has five aid stations (two are visited twice), two hydration-only stops, and allows two drop bags; the half marathon has two aid stations; the 6K has no aid but provides finish-line refreshments. All finishers receive a finisher award and a vinyl record. The top three men and top three women in each distance receive special awards. There is a post-race picnic with food available. The organizer does not offer refunds; registered runners can opt for a rollover credit equal to 75% of the entry fee for the following year, available until seven days before the race and redeemable by re-registering.
