The London 2 Brighton Ultra Challenge is scheduled for 23-24 May 2026. The main continuous route covers approximately 100 km from Richmond, West London to Brighton Racecourse, with an alternative 2-day "daylight" option that splits the route at Turners Hill (58 km / 42 km). Other distance options include quarter, half, 3/4, and loop formats.

- 100 km - 2-day option (Day 1: 58 km, ~800 m; Day 2: 42 km, ~700 m)
- ~75 km - Sutton to Brighton, ~1300 m climb
- ~58 km - Richmond to Turners Hill, ~800 m climb
- 42 km - Sussex Trail Marathon, Turners Hill to Brighton, ~700 m climb
- ~25 km - Richmond to Sutton, ~200 m climb
- ~33 km - Sutton to Turners Hill, ~600 m climb
- 25 km - Brighton 25 km loop (start/finish Brighton Racecourse)

Support and logistics
The event provides rest stops approximately every 12.5 km, with larger marquee rest stops about every 25 km offering catering, seating, welfare and medical cover, and massage teams. The route is fully signed (pink arrows and glow-sticks at night) and uses GPS tracking with a Challenge App. Timing scans record progress at rest stops. Camping packages are available near the halfway point, with showers and chill areas. Shuttle buses and transfers to local stations are provided. Finishers receive a medal, T-shirt, and a finishers meal.

Options include an Ultra March (walking targets: 100 km <24 hrs or 50 km <12 hrs) and a Trailblazerz category for faster runners with target times and prizes.
