Event Details
The Ledge Rock Hill Wine Run 5k takes place at the Ledge Rock Hill Winery in Lake George, New York. It features a timed 5k run or walk on an out-and-back cross-country style course. The event partners with a charity called Nik's Wish.
Registration
Standard registration includes a soft cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that also functions as a wine stopper, a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Minors can register at a discounted rate, receiving a t-shirt, medal, and bib, but not a wine glass or wine pour. Results are managed by J3 Timing and posted online.
Course and Participation
The course is described as suitable for runners and walkers, though it has uneven ground. Strollers are permitted but not recommended, and dogs are not allowed. Walkers and joggers are welcome. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each ten-year age category.
Additional Information
