Ledge Rock Hill Wine Run 5K
The event is a 5k held at Ledge Rock Hill Winery in Lake George, NY. The course is an out and back, cross country style route described as suitable for both runners and walkers. An interactive course map is available.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible portable wine glass, a finisher medal, and a chip timed race bib. Results are posted online and participants receive a pour of wine at the finish. Minors may participate with a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but does not include a wine glass or a pour of wine.
Age group awards are offered for the top three finishers in each category. Categories are 19 & Under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; and 80 & Over. Age group awards are available for pickup on the day of the event and are not available for shipment after the event.
Additional event details note that walking is allowed, strollers are permitted but not recommended because of uneven ground, children in strollers may participate for free without registration, and dogs are not allowed on site due to USDA restrictions for the farm location.
