LDWA Hunnypot Hundred 2026
The LDWA Hunnypot Hundred is a long distance walking event held over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend from 23 to 25 May 2026. The event is based at Meopham Leisure Centre in Meopham, Kent. Participants walk a 100 mile route with a 48 hour completion window; typical finishing times range from under 24 hours to the full 48 hours.
The route starts in the North Downs, follows the Greensand Ridge into the Weald, crosses into Sussex to explore Ashdown Forest, and returns through the Weald and Greensand Ridge to the North Downs. The course visits named places associated with Winnie the Pooh including Pooh Sticks Bridge, The Enchanted Place, the 100 Acre Wood and Eeyore's Gloomy Place. The route is undulating with a total ascent of about 11,250 ft. Fewer than 17 miles are on country lanes or other roads. The route uses parts of several long distance paths such as the Wealdway, Greensand Way, Sussex Border Path and North Downs Way.
