LDWA Hunnypot Hundred 2026

This is the Long Distance Walkers Association's flagship 100-mile walking event. It is held annually in a different area and in 2026 it will take place in Kent.

The event starts at Meopham Leisure Centre in Kent. The route goes into Sussex to explore Ashdown Forest, which is connected to the 100th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh, visiting places like Pooh Sticks Bridge. It returns through the Weald to the North Downs. The course is described as undulating with many views, featuring approximately 11250ft of total ascent. Less than 17 miles of the route are on roads. The event uses sections of several long-distance paths.

The walk covers 100 miles and must be completed within 48 hours. A qualifier event is required to enter, and all entrants must be LDWA members. The event has a capacity of around 525 participants.

The entry fee for LDWA members is £130.00. Participants must be 18 or older. The event is currently full, with new entries placed on a waiting list. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
