Lawrenny Lampoon 13K 5K

Endurancelife Gower at Oxwich Bay on 8 November 2025 invites runners to tackle stunning cliff top, woodland and beach trails across challenging terrain. Choose from 10K to ultra distances and finish with sea views and a medal.

Take on the MT10, a scenic 10 miles off road trail through Pembrey Country Park and along Cefn Sidan Beach. Expect mixed soil and firm sand, sea breezes and wide open views for a memorable coastal run on 16 November 2025.

The Night Nobbler is a 10km night trail near Narberth returning to its original woods under the RERUN theme. Dress in upcycled fancy dress for solo or group prizes and bring a head torch and phone for this atmospheric after dark run.

Join the Red Warrior Challenge at Margam Country Park on 22 March 2026 for mixed terrain races offering 5K, 10K and 20K options. Solo runners and canicross teams welcome at this sixth annual celebration of trail fun and challenge.

Run Pendine Sands on firm beach along a scenic out and back course with distances from 5k to ultra. Finishers earn bespoke medals, category winners take trophies, and the event is cup free so bring a reusable cup.

Enjoy stunning coastal, woodland and dune trails at Oxwich Bay with 5 km, 10 km or a self navigated half marathon. Part of the Run The Trails Series, the event is timed and all finishers receive a medal.
