Course and entries

The event offers two waymarked, chip-timed course options on wide forest paths on the east side of Grizedale Forest. GPX files are available for download. Dogs are permitted on the course with a maximum of two dogs per runner; all dogs must run on a suitable harness. Runners may compete without dogs.

  • 10K - 260 m ascent, single loop
  • 6K - 150 m ascent, shorter route avoiding some ascent
