Lake Superior Shore Run

The Lake Superior Shore Run is an annual event held at Little Presque Isle Recreation Area near Marquette, Michigan. The 32nd edition features a half marathon, 5K run, 5-mile hike, and a 1-mile kids race along the scenic shores of Lake Superior. The half marathon course includes 1.5 miles along beaches, a passage by Harlow Lake, a 300-foot elevation gain with views of the Huron Mountain Range, and rugged terrain near Wetmore Landing.
