Kirkby Fleetham Trail Race

The event takes place on 9 June 2026 at Kirkby Fleetham Village Hall (The Green, Kirkby Fleetham DL7 0SB, GB). It comprises off-road, multi-terrain circular routes around the village.

Distances:

5 km trail joining the wooded section and finishing at the village hall.
10 km trail through fields, farms and forestry, finishing at the village hall.

Both courses are fully waymarked, have good access and are described as mostly flat. The 5 km start is a short walk from the 10 km start and joins the main route in the wooded section. The race routes are intended to be easy to navigate.

The event is open to participants aged 16 and above. Entry fees are listed as £10 for the 5 km and £15 for the 10 km. Entries open 6 March 2026 and close 7 June 2026.

Prizes are awarded to first, second and third male and female finishers in both races; other finishers receive a small gift. Teas, coffee, refreshments and a licensed bar are available at the village hall. Funds raised from the event support the Kirkby Fleetham Feast.
