The Kettlewell (Skirfare) Half Marathon is scheduled for Saturday 20 June 2026. It is organised by Due North Events as part of the Due North Half Marathon Trail Race Series and is run under UK Athletics rules with a TRA licence. The minimum age for entry is 17. Entry fees are listed as UKA members £35 and non-members £37. The event is a qualifier for the Yorkshire Three Peaks fell race.

Course and logistics

The course starts and finishes at the car park field at Hawkswick Cote (Kettlewell Race Venue SD 97171 69231). The route gains around 900 m of ascent and includes three steep climbs and corresponding descents. Terrain includes riverside footpaths, rolling moorland and grassy descents. A route GPX file is provided by the organiser.

Facilities and provisions include fully or partially way-marked routes, drinks stations offering water and juice (and in some listings fruit and sweets), toilets in the car park, free car parking and a post-race meal. Participants receive Due North merchandise and items from race sponsors; a bottle of beer is listed among post-race provisions.

Safety, kit and prizes

Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, a cup or bottle (no cups provided at drink stations), and a mobile phone with a location app. Hat and gloves are listed in the organiser’s minimum kit. Prize giving includes 1st to 3rd for male and female, open and non-binary categories, and age-category prizes for V40, V50, V60 and V70+. Dogs are not permitted at this event.
