QC Java Jog

QC Java Jog is a coffee-themed fun run held at Case Creek Trails in Coal Valley, Illinois on October 4, 2026. The event takes place on trails that run through pastures and woodlands in Case Creek Valley.

Each participant receives a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate after the run or walk. The course includes multiple aid stations, including a vanilla iced coffee station, and a nutrition table with donuts and other treats. The event is organized as a non-timed fun run; participant times are not recorded and people may walk, jog, or run at their own pace.

The event supports The Rock Island County Animal Care & Control Shelter through QC PAWS, directing fundraising proceeds to the shelter's care efforts.

Swag options are available and include an optional custom T-shirt, a finisher medal or dog tag, and a custom race bib. Preferred swag is guaranteed for registrations completed before September 6. The run will proceed in normal weather and may be cancelled or postponed only in cases of extreme weather.
