If You're Not First You're Last is a unique endurance running event held in Eagle, Idaho, featuring a challenging 4.167-mile loop course. The race tests participants' stamina and grit rather than speed, as runners must complete each loop within an hour and return to the starting corral at the top of every hour to continue. The event continues until only one runner remains able to start a new loop, who must then complete one additional lap to claim victory.
