If You're Not First You're Last is a unique endurance running event held in Eagle, Idaho, featuring a challenging 4.167-mile loop course. The race tests participants' stamina and grit rather than speed, as runners must complete each loop within an hour and be ready to start the next loop on the hour. The event continues until only one runner remains able to start a new loop, who must then complete one additional loop to win.
