Boise Front Trail Festival
The Boise Front Trail Festival is a two day trail running event at Bogus Basin in Boise, Idaho on July 31 and August 1, 2026. The festival program includes an uphill Hill Climb and trail races held on mountain courses that finish near the summit of Shafer Butte. Race proceeds are donated to Ridge to Rivers to support local trail stewardship.

Packet pickup is available in advance at Fleet Feet Meridian and Fleet Feet Nampa, with limited pickup available at the start/finish area on race days. Parking is provided at Bogus Basin Frontier Point Lodge parking lots with volunteers directing traffic. Bathrooms are located at the Frontier Point Lodge and via portable restrooms at the start/finish area.
The 10 mile race will serve as the USATF Snake River Regional Trail Championship with prize money for top finishers. Event awards include cash prizes for overall top finishers and age group prizes for the 5 mile and uphill events. A Youth Trail Initiative offers a youth discount for qualified young athletes.
