Event Overview

The Ibstone Circle is a running event offering 5 km and 10 km multi-terrain routes. The event takes place on Sunday 19 April 2026.

Course Information

Both routes take runners through a section of the Wormsley Estate and feature a steep section known as the "Ibstone Kicker". The scenery along the course is described as beautiful.

Participation and Entry Fees

Participants can register for individual race entry. There is also a "Run in Colour" event for children aged 4 to 11.

  • 5 km: Adults (18+) £13 for affiliated runners, £15 for unaffiliated. Juniors (12-17) £5 for affiliated runners, £7 for unaffiliated. Participants under 12 are not permitted.
  • 10 km: Adults (18+) £16 for affiliated runners, £18 for unaffiliated. Juniors (16-17) £13 for affiliated runners, £15 for unaffiliated. Participants under 16 are not permitted.
  • Run in Colour (4-11): Early bird entry is £10. Prices increase by £2 on 1 April.

Trail runs nearby

Riverside races at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club near historic Runnymede. Marathon, half marathon and 10 km run on flat out and back laps along the Thames with marked turnarounds, check points and chip timing.

Looped trail and road races in Chalfont St Peter where runners choose on the day between 7k, longer loops, marathon and ultra marathon distances with aid, pacing and crew support.

G3 no.3 is a running event at Newlands Corner, Guildford on 28 February 2026 offering 10 km and 15 km distances with paid entry and entries closing on 26 February.

Chocothon is a friendly timed lap on a flat 5.3 km riverside towpath, letting you complete as many laps as you can within a seven hour window. Distances from 5 km to ultra, medals and aid stations make it perfect for all abilities.
