Hope in Motion 2026, formerly known as Ride Don't Hide, is the primary fundraising event for the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin. Based at the Caledon East Community Complex in Ontario, this multi-discipline event invites participants to bike, walk, run, or roll to support mental health awareness and community services.

The event features a variety of routes for different preferences:

  • 100 km Cycling Route
  • 50 km Cycling Route
  • 25 km Cycling Route
  • 10 km Walking, Running, or Rolling Trail
  • 5 km Walking, Running, or Rolling Trail

Registration is open for different age groups, with specific pricing available for adults and children aged 2 to 12. Depending on the selected route, participants receive items such as a cycling jersey or a t-shirt, along with food and entertainment on-site.
