Hope in Motion 2026

Hope in Motion 2026, formerly known as Ride Don't Hide, is the primary fundraising event for the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin. Based at the Caledon East Community Complex in Ontario, this multi-discipline event invites participants to bike, walk, run, or roll to support mental health awareness and community services.

The event features a variety of routes for different preferences:

  • 100 km Cycling Route
  • 50 km Cycling Route
  • 25 km Cycling Route
  • 10 km Walking, Running, or Rolling Trail
  • 5 km Walking, Running, or Rolling Trail

Registration is open for different age groups, with specific pricing available for adults and children aged 2 to 12. Depending on the selected route, participants receive items such as a cycling jersey or a t-shirt, along with food and entertainment on-site. For those unable to attend in person, a "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" option is available, allowing participation on flexible terms until the end of June 2026. The funds raised through these activities directly impact mental health and addictions programs serving the Peel Dufferin community. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
