Rainbow Trail Run takes place at Earl Rowe Provincial Park, Concession Road 7, Alliston, Ontario, on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The event uses an approximately 12K loop around the park and offers multiple distance options.

The course is mostly double wide trail with sections of grass, dirt, some rocks and roots, a small amount of pavement when crossing park roads, and bridge crossings over Earl Rowe Lake. The route is relatively flat with one short climb to the Lookout.
On-course support includes two main aid stations and a self-serve water point for the 6K at the 3K mark. The event is cup-free; each runner receives a SpeedCup with their race kit. Drop bags are allowed at the Start/Finish area and a 10 x 10 tent will be set up for storage. The race fee includes park entry for one vehicle; additional vehicles are subject to park entry fees. Finishers receive a custom spinner medal; 6K and 12K runners receive technical trail socks, while 24K and longer distances receive a technical running hat.
