Rainbow Trail Run 2026 at Earl Rowe Provincial Park

The Rainbow Trail Run takes place on June 13, 2026 at Earl Rowe Provincial Park in Alliston, Ontario. The event is built around an approximate 12K loop used for single and multiple loop formats.

The course is mostly double wide with sections of grass, dirt, rocks and roots. There is a small amount of pavement when crossing park roads and several bridge crossings over Earl Rowe Lake. The route is described as relatively flat with one short climb to the Lookout.

• 4 Loops 50K approximately, 2K added on first loop
• 5 Loops 62K approximately, 2K added on first loop
• 12K Virtual Run for Canadian participants

Support and logistics include two aid stations on course, plus a self serve water point at 3K for the 6K route. Aid stations provide water, electrolytes, fruit, sweets and salty snacks; runners may supply personal items. This is a cup free event and each runner receives a SpeedCup at kit pickup. A 10 x 10 tent will be provided for drop bags near the loop exit and runners may bring a personal shelter up to 10' x 10'. The registration fee covers park entry for one vehicle. The race cutoff is 6:00pm.

Swag and awards: every finisher receives a custom rainbow spinner medal, technical socks for 6K and 12K, technical hats for 24K and above, and podium recognition for overall top three men and women.
