The Hardmoors 26.2: White Horse races take place on Sunday 10 May 2026 at Sutton Bank Visitor Centre, near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The event includes circular trail courses for three distances:

  • Marathon : 28 miles

  • Trail 10k : 8 miles

Entry fees are published per distance and a race T-shirt is optional for an additional fee. Age limits relative to the event date are: marathon 18+, half marathon 16+, 10k 10+. Mandatory kit must be carried for the duration of each race and includes items such as a printed map and route description, survival bag, foil blanket and means to attach the race number; marathon and half-marathon runners must also carry a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves and capacity for 500 ml fluid.
