H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash

The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash takes place on July 12, 2026 in Homewood, Illinois at 2920 West 183rd Street. The event combines a sequence of obstacles with short running segments and is held outdoors.

There are two age categories with different course lengths and obstacle counts. Examples of obstacles include tire flip, balance beam, army crawl, tire run, bucket carry, and hoist. The event runs in 5-minute waves.

1 mile - ages 6 to 14, 8 obstacles
2 miles - ages 15 and up, 16 obstacles

Registration opens January 19, 2026 and closes May 17, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00. Finisher medals and t shirts are awarded to participants who complete the course. A prep course is offered in June at H-F Racquet & Fitness Club; it is open to members and non-members and can be purchased as an add on for 50% off the original price.
