Naperville Trails Half Marathon & 10K

The Naperville Trails Half Marathon & 10K takes place in Naperville, IL on September 5, 2026. The courses run on crushed limestone trails through Danada Forest Preserve and finish around the horse race track on the grass. Both the half marathon and the 10K are USATF certified and the event is chip-timed. A finisher medal is awarded in each distance and the race posts results and photos after the event. Course time limits are set for each distance.

Packet and participation options include mailed race packets for a fee, pre-race packet pickup at a local retailer, or event-day pickup. Limited on-site parking is available near the start/finish; off-site parking with shuttle bus service is provided from designated lots. Water stations provide water and sports drink, and a gear check is available using a clear bag provided by the event.

Additional event features include organized pacers for the half marathon, live participant tracking via a mobile app, a virtual-run category, chip timing integrated with bibs, and awards by age group and overall. Strollers are allowed for walkers and joggers with a guardian waiver; dogs are not permitted. Volunteers support water stations, packet check-in and course marshaling and receive an event shirt.
