Gryffe Valley Rotary 10K, 5K and kids runs

The event takes place in Houston, Renfrewshire (PA6 7EL) with start and finish at Houston Public Park. Races use quiet country leisure lanes and footpaths across the Gryffe Valley, with routes passing between Houston, Bridge of Weir and Kilmacolm. The 5K and 10K courses are licensed by Scottish Athletics and use chip on bibs timing provided by ProTay.

Facilities and event services include registration on the day, parking, changing facilities and toilets. Race numbers are issued on site. All finishers in the 5K and 10K receive official times and medals. Awards cover overall places for male and female categories, selected junior and veteran categories, first under 16 finishers, team prizes for groups of four, and sponsorship awards for highest sponsored individuals and teams. Post-race refreshments and home baking are provided in the halls after the races.
