Route and logistics

A free car park is available at the start and the meeting point is a short run or taxi ride from a nearby train station.
Pace, kit and other information
The run is led by an experienced trail and ultra runner who will manage the route for the group. Participants are advised to have completed at least 22 miles in training and to be comfortable running at roughly a 10 minute per mile pace for prolonged periods on trail.
