The Great Pumpkin Chase is a fall trail running event held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Lake Elmo Park Reserve, 1515 Keats Ave, Lake Elmo, MN. The course uses natural trails with rolling hills and is described as showcasing peak fall colors. Aid stations are placed approximately every 1.5 miles and provide water and Hammer Electrolytes. Well behaved, leashed dogs are allowed on the course. The event includes a post-race bonfire and a pancake breakfast, weather permitting. A professional photographer will be on site and official results are provided by FrontRunnerUSA. Parking is available with a $7 one-day pass; spectator breakfast is offered for $10. A no-shirt registration option is available.

Awards are given to the top overall male and female athletes and to the top three male and female athletes in each age group (19 and under; then 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+). This unique event combines trail running with a game of bingo. Runners complete laps to earn numbers, aiming to finish a line on their card. Choose your challenge with variable-distance bingo cards or a standard 5k/10k race.

On April 18, 2026 at AHATS in Arden Hills, Minnesota the Norwegian Foot March & Trail Run offers a 30K foot march, a 30K trail run and a 5K trail run, with proceeds supporting military and veteran programs.
