Ravine Trail Run in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, offers two distances on cross-country ski trails: Ravine Trail 5k (one loop) and Ravine Trail 10k (two loops). The 3.2-mile loop features hills, valleys, shaded areas, prairie sections, with grass, mud, packed dirt, and rocky washouts. Start/route from the Ravine Landing building at the end of Ravine Road, following Green and Red trail loops; trails open to the public.

The event is gun-timed with chips, with aid stations at the start and a water refill at the start. Post-race celebration with music and snacks. Not stroller-friendly; no pets; no bikes.
