Course and logistics

Both distances start and finish at the Grayton Beach State Park trailhead (gravel parking lot on CR-30A) and run exclusively on the Grayton Beach State Park trail system. The trail terrain includes tree roots, rocks, sand, and, after rain, possible standing water and mud. Starts are staggered to reduce trail congestion.

Awards are given to overall male and female winners and runner-ups for each distance, and to first-place finishers in each age group. All finishers receive a finisher award. Age groups: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89. Registration closes Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.
