Ellie Biscuit 20 & 10-Mile Trail Race

The Ellie Biscuit 20 & 10-Mile Trail Race is scheduled for January 23, 2027 at Pt Washington State Forest, Eastern Lake Trailhead in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The event uses the Pt Washington trail system and runs on natural forest trails.

Distances

  • 20-mile course: two laps of the 10-mile loop.
  • 10-mile course: single loop.

The course runs through typical Florida pine and scrub forest. Runners should expect tree roots, rocks, sand, fallen trees, and potentially standing water and mud after rain. The surface is not a groomed running path and includes trip hazards.

All participants who register before January 8, 2026 are guaranteed a race hoodie. Awards will be given to overall men’s and women’s winners and runner ups for each course, plus first place male and female age group winners. Age groups are 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. All registered runners who complete their race receive a finisher award. Awards not picked up at the event may be shipped at the runner’s expense.

Packet pick-up is on Friday, January 22 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Fleet Feet Inlet Beach, 111299 US Hwy 98 E, Inlet Beach, FL 32461. Registration closes January 22 at 11:59pm CT. Registrations are non refundable; bib transfers to another runner are allowed within the posted transfer period.

For safety and permitting reasons, animals are not permitted. Strollers and wagons must start in the back. Participants using certified running wheelchairs or adaptive devices should contact the organizer in advance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
