Good Neighbor Relay : Zebulon

The Good Neighbor Relay is a team-based endurance event on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Pike County Stadium in Zebulon, Georgia. Teams of two alternate completing a mostly trail-based loop of approximately 3 miles; while one teammate runs a loop, the other rests at a designated home base before being tagged in for the next loop. Teams are encouraged to set up a home base area on site.

Participants may choose between two relay options by duration: a 12 hour option and a 6 hour option. Registration covers both team members; published entry fees list the 6 hour option at $60 and the 12 hour option at $75. An early bird discount applies through August 14, and registrants before September 4 will receive an event t-shirt; later registrants are not guaranteed a shirt.

An informal kid fun run will take place during the event; a $10 donation is requested for that activity. The event is cupless, so participants should bring a reusable water bottle; water and electrolytes will be provided. Participants are responsible for their own snacks and fuel. Local food trucks and vendor tents are anticipated to be on site.

All proceeds benefit the Pike County Free Lunch Program and Backpack Buddies of Georgia. The Pike County Free Lunch Program is noted to be operating at a $38,000 deficit. Each team will receive a large trash bag and is expected to clean their area before leaving. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
