The Ghost Town Trail Challenge is the 11th annual event on June 20, 2026 in Ebensburg, PA, hosted by the Cambria County Conservation & Recreation Authority. The event features endurance hike and run options that follow the Ghost Town Trail and finish at the Young People’s Community Center in Ebensburg.

Aid and first aid support are provided along the trail.
