The Ironstone 100K is a point-to-point ultramarathon of 100 km held in the Alleghenies. The event is organized by the Eastern States Trail-Endurance Alliance (ESTEA), an all-volunteer grassroots organization. The 2026 event dates listed are July 11-12, 2026. The race begins at the Ironstone Tramline. The event is part of the GrandSlam SufferFest Series.

The course is on trail and is point-to-point. The organizer states there are minimal aid stations and no pacers are allowed. A course update notes a closure at the Dilling Bridge on the Lower Trail at about mile 11.4. A traffic alert was issued for Aid Station 4 at Alfarata due to a local county festival affecting nearby roads. Run a scenic 5 mile trail at Greenwood Furnace State Park, climbing to Stone Mountain for sweeping views before a mostly downhill finish. The race is part of SnowFest, a family friendly winter event with a bonfire and hot soup.
