Ironstone 100K Ultra
Hollidaysburg, United States • 11-12 Jul 2026
Ironstone 100K is a 100-kilometer (62-mile) point-to-point ultramarathon in the Alleghenies of central Pennsylvania, spanning Blair, Huntingdon, and Centre counties. The race begins at Canoe Creek State Park and winds through rugged, technical terrain after a fast start along the Lower Trail. There are no pacers, limited aid stations, and a 23-hour time limit, making endurance and strategy essential. A defining feature is a long nighttime traverse along the Mid State Trail atop the Tussey Mountain ridgeline, with views of old-growth pines, ledges, and dramatic sunsets and sunrises. Finishers receive a metal medal, Ironstone flannel, and a post-race feast. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
