Ironstone 100K is a point-to-point trail ultramarathon covering 100-kilometers (62 miles) across the Ridge and Valley region of southern Pennsylvania. The route runs from the Juniata River watershed into Rothrock State Forest and spans Blair, Huntingdon, and Centre counties.

Take on a technical, figure-eight trail run starting and finishing at Greenwood Furnace State Park. Choose between the half marathon or the 12K distance. The course loops around a central fire tower.

Follow the historic path of the 1889 Johnstown Flood on a hybrid road and rail trail course. Runners can choose between three distances and experience the historic Staple Bend Tunnel before finishing at the Old Stone Bridge.
