The Frosty Forest 5K is a trail event held in Roosevelt Forest in Stratford, Connecticut on December 19, 2026. The course is off road on forest trails; some trail experience is helpful and novices are noted as welcome to try the route. The distance is 5K and participants may run, jog, hike, or walk.

Holiday costumes are permitted. Awards are presented to the three fastest men and the three fastest women. All finishers receive a custom-designed commemorative item.
