Frosty Forest 5K takes place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in Roosevelt Forest in the Town of Stratford, Connecticut. The event is an off-road trail run on forest trails near 700 Peters Lane in Stratford. The course distance is 5K. Participants may run, jog, hike or walk the route. Holiday costumes are allowed. The race offers awards for the three fastest men and the three fastest women. All finishers receive a custom-designed commemorative finisher item.

A portion of the event proceeds supports the Veteran's Museum, the Stratford Library and other local organizations. Registration closes on Wednesday, December 16 at 11:59 PM ET.
