Frisco Railroad Run

The Frisco Railroad Run in Willard, MO, offers multiple distances on the Frisco Highline Trail. All courses are USATF certified and use a fine-crushed, hard-packed gravel surface. The route is an out-and-back rail-to-trail course described as mostly flat and scenic. The marathon is a Boston qualifier.

No dogs or strollers are allowed on the course. Pacers and mueling are not permitted. Drop bags are allowed only for 50K and 50 Mile runners; 50K drop bags go to Aid Station Foxtrot (mile 15.5) and 50 Mile drop bags go to Aid Station Hotel (mile 25). Drop bags must be clearly labeled with bib number and distance and placed in the designated location at Willard Middle School for transport to aid stations.

A gear check is available at Willard Middle School and labeled gear bags will be moved to the finish area after races start. Age limits apply: entrants must be 18 or older for the marathon, 50K, and 50 Mile; 13 or older for the half marathon. Parking and the start/finish line are in the middle school parking lot. Porta-potties are at the school and at most aid stations. Aid stations occur at miles 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 13, 15.5, 20, and 25 and provide water, electrolyte drink, soda, gels, and fruit; some stations may offer additional items.
