The Frisco Highline Trail runs 35 miles between Springfield and Bolivar, MO, has about 3% elevation gain over its length, and was designated a National Recreation Trail in 2004.
Aid stations are located at miles 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 13, 15.5, 20, and 25. Stations offer water, electrolyte drink, soda, gels, and fruit; stations at 5, 7.5, 10, and 13 have porta-potties. Drop bags are allowed for 50K and 50 Mile runners and are sent to aid stations at mile 15.5 (50K) and mile 25 (50 Mile). Gear check is available at Willard Middle School lobby and items are moved to the finish area. Age minimums: 18+ for marathon, 50K, and 50 Mile; 13+ for the half marathon. Ample parking and porta-potties are provided at the middle school parking lot. Shirt size guarantee required sign-up by April 12, 2025.
