Fright and Flight 5K is a fundraising race held at Hyde Lake Pavilion in Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee on October 4, 2026. The event benefits the Dorothy Day House, a nonprofit that advocates for and supports homeless families in Memphis by providing housing and job support.
