Five Rivers Ultra

Five Rivers Ultra is the only point-to-point 100-mile ultramarathon in East Anglia, finishing in Harwich, Suffolk. It offers three distances: 100 miles, 50 miles and 50 km with generous cut-offs. The route runs along the North Essex and South Suffolk coast, through Dedham Vale and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB, circumnavigating five coastal estuaries.

The largely flat, fast course is on grass and dirt trails, with self-navigation and GPX downloads. Organised by Coastal Trail Runners, it features drop bags, hostel beds for 100-milers, optional buses to the start, indoor checkpoints, tracking, a finisher memento and tech shirt.
