The Five Rivers Ultra is a point-to-point trail event held 16–17 May 2026, organised by Coastal Trail Runners. The finish location is Harwich, Cow Lane, Suffolk, CO12 3ER. The route passes through the Dedham Vale and Suffolk Coast & Heaths Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and links sections of waymarked long-distance footpaths, including parts of the King Charles III England Coast Path. The event is held under licence of England Athletics and the Trail Running Association and is a UTMB 100M index event.

The course is largely flat and more than 85% on grass or dirt trail. The full 100 mile route circumnavigates five coastal estuaries. Routes are self-navigated using named footpaths with GPX downloads provided. Race services include drop-bag facilities, indoor checkpoints with tea, coffee and hot food, tracking via Open Tracking, and a tech t-shirt and a finisher's memento for finishers. Additional arrangements include optional limited hostel beds for 100 mile entrants on the night before the event, optional buses to the start for 100 mile entrants from Harwich, and a rest area with bunk beds and hot food at the finish.
