Fire on the Rocks 10K

Fire on the Rocks 10K is a trail race held at Zindel Park in McElhattan, Pennsylvania. The course covers about 6.6 miles, commonly described as 10 km, and includes roughly 1,400 feet of total climbing. The route uses local trails that are also used for the Frozen Snot and Boulder Beast events and follows a sequence of named trail segments and service roads through the park.

Parking is provided at the Restless Oaks parking lot, 119 Pine Mountain Rd, McElhattan. Shuttle buses transport participants up to the start area, or participants may walk about half a mile up Reservoir Road. After the race there will be sticky buns and drinks available at the pavilion.

Registration opens December 16, 2026. The event policy states there are no refunds, bib transfers, deferrals, or participation without registration.
