Fiesta Night Run
The Fiesta Night Run is a night trail event at the Land Heritage Institute in San Antonio, TX. The event offers multiple distances across single track and wider dirt track trails on the institute property. The course includes a 10.5M loop with about 300ft elevation gain and is described as scenic. Historic average nighttime temperatures are about 75 to 80 degrees.
The event is part of the Texas Summer Night Series. The organizers provide packet pickup on the event days and run briefings before each race. This is a no cup race so participants should bring their own water carrying system. A ruck division requires a minimum 25 lb load.
Race gear and recognition include a tri blend shirt, large finisher medals for finishers, a 50K finisher medal, a 17K ruck patch, most festive award, first place awards for male and female in each distance, and a DFL award for the 50K. Race support features aid station food and hydration, course marking and support, photography, and event staff and volunteers.
