Event overview
The Jingle Trails presented by Merrell is a trail running event at McAllister Park in San Antonio, TX on December 13, 2025. It offers two distances:
- 10K - Blue Loop Challenge
- 5K - Red Trail Dash
The course runs on natural trail surfaces with dirt, roots, rocks, and gravel. Much of the course is technical terrain. The two routes overlap on the return, sharing the finish area. The course is not stroller or dog friendly. Finishers receive a medal and a beanie. Overall and masters awards are given for 1st and 2nd place, male and female, in each distance. There are no age group awards. Some winners will receive a pie prize.
Logistics and policies
Packet pickup is available at iRun Bitters (2602 NW Loop 1604) on Thursday, December 11, and on race day at the Optimist Pavilion in McAllister Park (13102 Jones Maltsberger Rd). Entry fees listed are $45 for the 10K and $35 for the 5K; prices increase after November 27, 2025. Organizers do not offer refunds of registration fees for any reason.
