Cutoff times are specified for each distance. Pacer rules differ by distance: pacers are allowed for 100 mile entrants after 50 miles, runners over 60 years old may use a pacer at any time, only one pacer may accompany a runner at once, and pacers are not permitted for the 14, 35, or 50 mile events.

Support and logistics include a main aid station at the start/finish with water, electrolyte drink options, and hot food selections, a fully stocked campground aid station about 4 miles on course, and an unmanned hydration point near the 2 mile mark. This is a cupless event. Ten campground sites sit along the loop; site rental is handled separately and is limited. Finishers of the 100 mile distance within the allotted time receive a custom buckle and all finishers receive medals and awards. A portion of proceeds benefits local trail stewardship and a regional outreach foundation. No refunds or transfers are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
