S.O.S. is an endurance event held on the Sandridge Trail in Jennings State Forest, Middleburg, Florida. The course uses an approximately 2.75 mile loop for all distances and time-based options. Ruck variants are available alongside foot-only options.

There is one well stocked aid station at the start/finish and a separate hydration station. The event operates as cupless; participants must bring their own handheld bottle or hydration vest and volunteers will refill them. Vehicles have access near the course and there is space for canopies and tents.

The event highlights National Recovery Month and mental health awareness. A portion of proceeds will be donated to local recovery-related organizations, including the Sombrero Outreach Foundation and Foundations of Freedom, both listed as 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
