Timing is provided by a professional timing company. Pacers are permitted only for the 24-hour and 48-hour events after a runner has completed 12 hours; pacers must register with race staff and exceptions are reviewed case-by-case. The venue offers a runner’s village for canopies, tents, and crew areas. RVs are allowed without hookups; an RV parking fee of $15 is payable at the site by cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

There will be a single aid station located at the start/finish area, passed twice each loop. This is a cupless race; runners must provide their own bottles, hydration vests, bladders, or collapsible cups. Aid station supplies include water, electrolyte drink, sodas, fruits, hot food items, and savory options. Volunteers will sanitize hydration igloos and aid station surfaces as part of sanitation protocols. Medical personnel will be on site for the full 48 hours, and footcare services are being arranged for 2026. Shirts, belt buckles, medals, and awards are planned; a shirt guarantee requires registration by 1/15. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
