The event is scheduled for March 7, 2027 in Middletown, California, at 14230 Big Canyon Road on the Pendergrass Farms property. Distances offered include:

The course begins with a steep climb to an observatory, continues to the top of a spring, and then returns with a substantial downhill section. Runners follow trails down the other side of the mountain, include a short road segment that feels downhill, and then climb a short driveway to reach an aid station. The looped section of the course is just short of one mile.
The setting is rural and camping is available as an add-on. Event features listed by the organizer include a medal, shirt, silent auction, raffle, food, and age group awards. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to The Totally RAD Foundation in memory of a friend.
