A community 5K run and walk on June 6, 2026 at the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail Extension in Clinton, SC supporting the Laurens County Trails Association. A Healthy Living Fair with vendors and trail activities follows the race.

Experience a unique clothing optional trail race through the scenic woods and meadows of the Carolina Foothills Resort. Choose between a 5k or a 7.3k chip timed run followed by a resort lunch and day pass access.

A *5K* trail loop repeats every 50 minutes for up to ten chances to run. Participants choose how many laps to do, with no eliminations or podium focus, allowing rest and rejoining between loops.

A 12 hour trail run at Kings Mountain State Park in Clover, SC, on a 4.5 mile loop that uses marked trails and passes Lake Crawford and the Living History Farm. Aid station and drop bag access are available each loop and drinks are supplied..
